The Lodge at Duke Medical Center

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Every interaction with the team reflected excellent customer service and care. Ms. Jenelle and Talya truly go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it and would gladly return!

The rooms were very clean and well put together. All of the staff was helpful and very nice. We had to go to to duke hospital so the proximity to duke was fabulous in addition to the shuttle they had there for free

This is a great hotel if you need to go to Duke Medical Center or are just visiting the area. The staff is friendly, helpful and the hotel offers a shuttle service if you don’t want to use the parking deck at medical center. Sunshine the barista at the coffee bar makes the best coffee and is so pleasant. Truly a wonderful place with wonderful staff!

Great hotel and great value for how close it is to the hospital. I've stayed there three times now between September and October for a medical procedure I was having. The front desk staff in the evenings were great upon check-in, and the front desk staff in the mornings were also great. The only issue I had was on my last stay on October 22nd where myself and my Father encountered a malfunctioning shower in our room. It must have been put back together wrong because the handle would not move much and only would put out scalding hot water or nothing at all. We called the front desk that evening to let them know, but there was nothing they could do about it at the time. So it was either take a scalding hot shower or no shower at all.

What a delightful hotel! The staff was so kind and very helpful. And there just aren’t enough words to express how much we appreciated the gentlemen who shuttled us to and from the hospital. The roads were covered with ice and they safely delivered us to the door. If you need a place to stay while someone is receiving care from Duke Medical Center, this is your place!!

My son had a procedure at Duke and the location and shuttle was my main reason for booking. The shuttle driver ran a tight ship. He was right on time leaving and was so fast picking us up. Absolutely worth staying here to not fight traffic. Jenelle at the front desk was the absolute best. She was amazingly sweet to both of us during our stay especially my son. Her interactions I saw with other guests showed she truly cares. The room was really clean. Beds were comfy! No complaints!

Very nice staff, and the room is immaculate. So cozy and super clean. The first thing my daughter said was it smells nice, mom. That's a great compliment from her. The young lady that checked us in was very informative and friendly. Everything was very pleasant and tidy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And the location is so close to my dr office I could throw a stick at it. Highly recommended.

The rooms are small and there are no extra amenities like a gym or free breakfast. However, if you want to clean, safe and simple hotel, right next to the hospital this is your place! The breakfast at the cafe located downstairs was yummy and everybody that worked there was friendly.
